The Venues Tab in Venue Driver is where a manager or administrator (promoters do not see this) can view and edit the attributes of the venues in their account. Read more


The Staff Tab in Venue Driver is where a manager or administrator can view and edit the attributes of their staff, as well as monitor their performance. Read more


The Profile Tab in Venue Driver is where a user can view and edit their own information. Read more


The Events Tab in Venue Driver is where the user can enter and list the events at their venue, as well as input and view VIP reservation and guestlist returns. Read more


The VIP/Reservations tab in Venue Driver is where reservations are input, managed, and approved by staff members of a venue or organization. Read more


The Guestlist Tab in Venue Driver is where guestlists for a given venue or account are input, managed, and approved by staff members. Read more


The Tickets Tab in Venue Driver is where managers and above can create and modify ticketing options for an event, and publish them onto their ticketing page, which is provided at no additional cost to every Venue Driver client. Read more


The Customers Tab in Venue Driver is the "master database" of customer and guest data for an account. Read more


The reports tab is currently in beta. If you wish early access to this exciting new feature of Venue Driver, contact your Venue Driver representative and they will gladly arrange access. Read more


Venue Driver allows for comprehensive tracking of VIP customer spends and guestlist returns. This data is then passed onto the Staff Performance section and also the Customers tab. Guestlist returns can either be entered automatically via the iOS app or web interface check-in, or manually in this returns section. Read more


For those clients who do not have access to an iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch with a laser scanner attachment, Venue Driver offers the ability to check in table reservations, guestlist customers, and ticketed customers via Venue Driver itself. Read more

Venue Driver provides a simple HTTP API that’s built according to a REST design pattern. That just means that each of our resources like “Events” has a URL that you can call, and each resource has ‘index’, ‘create’, ‘read’, ‘update’ and ‘delete’ actions. Read more


This is a small documentation on how to use the JavaScript widget. It displays a list of events with links to the ticketing pages. The ticketing pages can be hosted on Venue Driver or externally.
